By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Website, submit a referral request, or communicate with a practitioner through information obtained from the Website.

By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.

We may decline, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a user is underage, has provided false information, or is using the Website for an unlawful or inappropriate purpose.

2. Referral and Informational Platform Only

Tantra Massage Las Vegas is an informational and referral platform.

We do not:

Provide tantra sessions, bodywork, massage therapy, medical treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, escort services, or sexual services.
Operate a massage establishment or practitioner agency.
Employ, supervise, train, direct, manage, or control practitioners.
Book appointments on behalf of practitioners.
Set practitioner prices, deposits, cancellation policies, availability, boundaries, or session procedures.
Collect session fees on behalf of practitioners.
Arrange, advertise, negotiate, or facilitate prostitution, solicitation, or sexual services.
Guarantee that a practitioner will accept, respond to, or accommodate a referral request.

A referral or introduction does not create a service relationship between you and Tantra Massage Las Vegas.

3. Independent Practitioners

Every practitioner listed, mentioned, or introduced through the Website operates independently.

Practitioners are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, franchisees, or joint venturers of Tantra Massage Las Vegas. Nothing on the Website creates an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship between us and any practitioner.

Each practitioner is solely responsible for their own:

Business operations.
Licensing and legal compliance.
Credentials and professional representations.
Client screening and intake.
Session descriptions and boundaries.
Consent procedures.
Rates, deposits, refunds, and cancellation policies.
Availability and location policies.
Communications and recordkeeping.
Insurance.
Conduct before, during, and after a session.

Any agreement for services is made directly between you and the practitioner.

4. No Sexual Services

Tantra Massage Las Vegas does not offer, advertise, arrange, negotiate, encourage, or facilitate sexual services, prostitution, solicitation, escort services, or an exchange of sexual conduct for compensation.

You may not use the Website or its referral process to request, propose, negotiate, or seek:

Sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts, donations, tips, or anything else of value.
A guaranteed sexual outcome.
Prostitution or solicitation.
Escort or companionship services involving unlawful conduct.
Any activity involving a minor.

Tantra bodywork is not necessarily the same as licensed massage therapy.

A practitioner may not be a licensed massage therapist, healthcare provider, psychotherapist, physical therapist, or other licensed professional. Unless a practitioner expressly states otherwise and provides verifiable credentials, you should not assume that they hold a particular license or certification.

Practitioners are responsible for accurately describing their training, credentials, services, and lawful scope of practice.

Tantra Massage Las Vegas does not independently guarantee that practitioner credentials, licenses, certifications, insurance, or other representations are complete, current, or accurate.

You should verify any professional license directly with the appropriate licensing authority before booking services that require licensure.

6. No Medical or Professional Advice

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Website constitutes:

Medical advice.
Mental-health advice.
Diagnosis or treatment.
Physical therapy.
Legal advice.
Professional massage-therapy advice.

We may use the information you provide to identify a practitioner who appears potentially compatible with your stated preferences. Any suggested match is based on limited information and is not a professional recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee.

You are responsible for communicating directly with the practitioner and deciding whether to proceed.

8. User Responsibilities and Due Diligence

Before meeting or booking with a practitioner, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

This may include:

Reviewing the practitioner’s policies.
Asking about boundaries and consent.
Confirming rates, deposits, and cancellation terms.
Verifying credentials and licensing where relevant.

10. Practitioner Rates and Payments

Practitioners independently determine their own rates, deposits, refund policies, cancellation terms, and accepted payment methods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments for practitioner services are made directly to the practitioner. Tantra Massage Las Vegas is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for:

Payment disputes.
Deposits.
Refunds.
Chargebacks.
Cancellations.
Pricing disagreements.
Practitioner availability.
The quality or completion of services.

You should understand and accept a practitioner’s payment and cancellation terms before sending payment.

11. No Endorsement or Guarantee

The appearance of a practitioner on the Website, or an introduction to a practitioner, does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranty regarding a practitioner’s:

Character.
Conduct.
Credentials.
Licensing.
Insurance.
Background.
Availability.
Safety.
Reliability.
Communication.
Services.
Results.
Compliance with law.

We do not guarantee that Website content or practitioner information is complete, current, accurate, or free from error.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Website:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars or the amount you paid directly to us for use of the Website during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before filing a legal action, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
